MedExpo 2026: Registration and Attendance

Effective Date: October 10, 2025

Introduction

Welcome to Trinaya Healthcare MedExpo 2026 (the "Event"), presented by Trinaya Healthcare and organized by Blinkspot.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all individuals who register for, attend, or participate in the Event, whether in-person or virtually (collectively referred to as "Attendee", "You", or "Your").

"Organizers," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to MedExpo 2026, Blinkspot, and Trinaya Healthcare, including their affiliates, employees, and agents.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or attend the Event.

1. Registration and Payment

1.1. Confirmation

Your registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the applicable registration fees. An official confirmation email and invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

1.2. Fees

All fees are listed on the official Event registration page and are subject to applicable taxes (such as GST). Early bird rates or other discounts are only valid during the specified time periods.

1.3. Denial of Registration

The Organizers reserve the right to deny or refuse any registration at their sole discretion, including for non-payment, previous misconduct, or if attendance is deemed contrary to the Event's objectives.

2. Cancellation and Substitution Policy

2.1. Cancellation by Attendee

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official Event email address (medexpo@trinayahealthcare.com).
  • Cancellations received in writing on or before 90 days will receive a full refund, less a 25% administrative processing fee.
  • Cancellations received in writing between 60 days and 45 days will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 20-30 days or for non-attendance ("no-shows").

2.2. Attendee Substitution

  • If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual from your organization at no additional charge.
  • Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the official Event email address at least 20 days prior to the Event start date.

2.3. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers

  • The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event at any time.
  • If the Event is canceled, the Organizers' sole liability shall be to provide a full refund of the registration fees paid.
  • If the Event is postponed, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date.
  • The Organizers are not liable for any other costs, expenses, or losses incurred by the Attendee as a result of such cancellation or postponement, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or visa fees.

3. Event Conduct and Admission

3.1. Official Badge

An official Event badge is required for admission to all sessions, exhibitions, and functions. Badges are non-transferable (unless an official substitution is completed per Section 2.2) and must be worn and visible at all times.

3.2. Code of Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner. The Organizers reserve the right, without refund, to refuse entry or eject any person who, in their sole judgment:

  • Engages in disruptive, disorderly, unsafe, or harassing behavior.
  • Is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
  • Violates any of these Terms, or any health and safety protocols.

3.3. Security

The Organizers reserve the right to implement security measures, including bag checks, for the safety of all attendees. Prohibited items (e.g., weapons, unauthorized recording devices) will not be permitted.

3.4. Suitcasing/Outboarding

"Suitcasing" (soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces) or "Outboarding" (holding unauthorized competing events) by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Violators will be ejected from the Event without a refund.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1. Privacy Policy

By registering, you acknowledge that your personal data will be collected and processed by the Organizers in accordance with the MedExpo 2026 Privacy Policy (available on the website).

4.2. Use of Data

Your data will be used for Event administration, communication, and post-event analysis.

4.3. Exhibitor and Sponsor Scanning

As an Attendee, you may have your badge scanned by exhibitors or sponsors. By allowing your badge to be scanned, you are explicitly consenting to your contact information (name, title, company, email, phone) being shared with that specific exhibitor or sponsor. You are responsible for managing any subsequent communication from them.

4.4. Attendee List

The Organizers may share a basic attendee list (containing only your name, job title, and company) with event partners and sponsors for networking purposes. You may opt out of this during the registration process.

5. Photography, Videography, and Recordings

5.1. By Organizers

The Organizers will be taking photographs and recording video/audio at the Event. By attending, you grant the Organizers (including Trinaya Healthcare and Blinkspot) a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and display your image, likeness, and voice in all media formats for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes.

5.2. By Attendees

Attendees may take photos for personal, non-commercial use. Video and audio recording of entire presentations, sessions, or exhibitor booths is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Organizers and the speaker/exhibitor.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by the Organizers, their licensors, or the respective speakers/exhibitors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Event content or materials without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

7.1. For Informational Purposes Only

MedExpo 2026 is an informational and educational event. All content, including presentations, workshops, and materials provided by speakers, exhibitors, or sponsors, is for informational purposes only.

7.2. No Medical Advice

Such content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional judgment from a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

7.3. No Endorsement

The Organizers do not endorse, and expressly disclaim liability for, any product, service, opinion, or information presented at the Event. Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Organizers.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

8.1. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Event is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Organizers make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Event or its content.

8.2. Personal Risk

Your attendance and participation are voluntary and at your own risk. The Organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, or any loss or damage to personal property, sustained at the Event.

8.3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Organizers for any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to the Event shall be limited to the registration fee paid by the Attendee. In no event shall the Organizers be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages (including travel costs or lost profits).

8.4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizers (MedExpo 2026, Trinaya Healthcare, Blinkspot) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your actions at the Event.

9. Force Majeure

The Organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to a cause beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to "acts of God," war, terrorism, government restrictions, public health emergencies (pandemics/epidemics), natural disasters, strikes, or failure of public utilities. In such an event, the Organizers may, at their sole discretion, cancel, postpone, or alter the Event without liability.

10. General

10.1. Amendments

The Organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Event website. Your continued attendance at the Event will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, India.

10.3. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acceptance of Terms: By completing your registration and/or attending MedExpo 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Organizers.
